Run Your Gun EDC

Fundamental gun handling, reloads, and problem-solving under pressure

Strengthen the very foundation of your EDC skillset in our real-world gun-handling class that gets you moving and thinking, not just standing still in a lane.

  • Build a safer, smoother, faster draw and re-holster process (the stuff that matters under stress).
  • Identify what’s slowing you down (or creating risk) and replace it with a repeatable habit you can trust.
  • Improve speed/emergency reloads and make your reload process more consistent and reliable.
  • Diagnose and correct common pistol malfunctions and keep the gun running—then apply it during move-and-shoot
  • Train extreme close-quarters fundamentals you typically can’t practice during a normal day at the range.

Why: Having a safe, effective draw stroke along with good technique for handling reloads and malfunctions will increase the safety and protection of you and those around you.

Prerequisite: Quality CCW class or equivalent. Students should be comfortable functioning the gun without assistance: loading, racking the slide, unloading, etc., and have a solid understanding of proper grip, sight alignment and trigger press.

Required Equipment: reliable handgun; strong side, outside the waistband holster that doesn’t collapse on drawing; 150 rounds ammo; cover garment; at least 1 spare mag with mag holster (or spare speed loader for revolver); no Serpa holsters please.

2026 classes will be uploaded by the end of December. To sign up for this or other firearms training classes, call, stop in, or sign up online.

Real-World Movement EDC

Applying movement and cover to real-world defensive scenarios

Designed for concealed carriers who want to train beyond static drills, Real-World Movement EDC teaches the skills required to move, problem-solve, and defend from less-than-ideal positions.

  • Learn to shoot on the move and apply best practices for the effective use of cover in defensive scenarios.
  • Engage threats from turns, pivots, and unconventional starting positions, not just squared-up presentations.
  • Train from alternative shooting positions, including prone, supine, rollover techniques and more.
  • Develop confidence in strong-hand and support-hand shooting, reinforcing safe and responsible gun handling when your preferred hand isn’t an option.
  • Practice engaging multiple threats at varying distances, emphasizing threat prioritization and shooting until the threat is stopped.

Why it matters: Because in a real emergency, you may be your family’s first responder – and movement, cover, and adaptability matter.

Prerequisite: Run Your Gun EDC

Required Equipment: reliable handgun; strong side, outside the waistband holster that doesn’t collapse on drawing; 250-300 rounds ammo; at least 1 spare mag with mag holster (or spare speed loader for revolver); no Serpa holsters please.

2026 classes will be uploaded by the end of December. To sign up for this or other firearms training classes, call, stop in, or sign up online.

ReviewingTarget_LowLight

A Light In the Dark EDC

Light management and safe, responsible gun handling in low- and no-light conditions

At 22three, we want to enhance your real-world preparedness by showing you how to safely shoot lights out! Builds on your existing EDC skills with the challenges of reduced visibility – where decision-making, movement, and light management matter just as much as marksmanship.

  • Learn best practices for operating a pistol in low-light and no-light conditions, emphasizing safety, target identification, and situational awareness.
  • Understand how to select and use handheld lights, including common techniques and limitations.
  • Apply movement skills while managing light – moving, shooting, and using cover in controlled low-light drills.
  • Pressure-test your fundamentals during live-fire, low-light scenarios designed to reinforce good habits rather than shortcuts.

Why it matters: Many defensive encounters happen in reduced light. Knowing how to see, identify, and safely solve problems in the dark is a critical part of being a responsible armed citizen.

Prerequisite: Run Your Gun EDC and Real-World Movement EDC

Required equipment: reliable handgun; strong side, outside the waistband holster that doesn’t collapse on drawing; 200 rounds ammo; at least 1 spare mag with mag holster (or spare speed loader for revolver); no Serpa holsters please. Several light options will be available for student use, or you may purchase during the class at a discount.

2026 classes will be added by the end of December. To sign up for this or other firearms training classes, call, stop in, or sign up online.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling: Classes are non-refundable and may be rescheduled one time up to 72 hours prior to the course start time. Cancellations within 72 hours of the start time are no longer eligible to be rescheduled and are forfeited. Thank you for understanding that our class spots are limited and valuable.

A note about winter classes: Thankfully, we have never had to postpone or reschedule a class due to weather. We know our customers have gone out of their way to rearrange schedules, ask off work, etc. to take their classes on specific days. We respect that and are super happy you chose 22three. We want to honor your time and will run classes as scheduled unless there is a Level 2 snow emergency.

Again, thank you for choosing 22three for your firearms training needs. We look forward to seeing you.
